Orders to Canada usually arrive in one calendar
week but we have no control over the Canadian postal
service and can not guarantee this.
Orders shipped to Europe, NZ and Australia (except Western) take around 10 days to arrive. Again, we have no control over the local delivery.
In some countries, the postal services is less reliable: in the same South American country, books may arrive in 5 days to one customer and take 3 weeks for another one!
We experience a good number of delays and loses in South America and remote parts of Western Australia.
If your order does not arrive in a timely manner, please check with your local customs and postal service. Very often, our large envelopes are kept for inspection and collect dust on some shelf . . .
We ship all orders within one business day and use Priority
Mail. Books usually arrive 2 or 3 days after shipping.
